REFUND POLICY
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through theqlab.ae
DELIVERY TERMS IN THE UAE
Delivery Hours:
Deliveries are available exclusively between 10 am and 6 pm from Mondays to Saturdays. Please note that all delivery orders will be scheduled for next-day shipping
Order Priority:
Deliveries are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis to ensure efficient processing.
Dubai & Sharjah Delivery Timeframe:
Orders within Dubai and Sharjah will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the order placement date and time.
Other Emirates Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries to other Emirates are scheduled on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Minimum Order Values:
A minimum order value of AED 150 is applicable for delivery in Dubai and Sharjah. For the rest of the Emirates, a minimum order value of AED 250 is required.
Delivery Service Charge:
Delivery service charge of AED 35 will be applied to all orders.
